The Origin Story
Why This Haitian-American Artist is Risking Everything to Turn Music Into Social Impact for Local Communities
Watson George — known artistically as Watson Tunez — is a Haitian-American pop-rap artist, social entrepreneur, and humanitarian whose music career was born from tragedy and transformed into a vehicle for hope. When Haiti's devastating 2010 earthquake struck, Watson mobilized a collective of recording artists to produce a benefit album that raised over $50,000 for more than a dozen international organizations. He then personally led a humanitarian impact trip to Haiti, where those funds helped rebuild schools, orphanages, and entire communities.

Orchestrating a New Era of Social Restoration
Watson is the visionary behind the Live Beyond You (LBY) Service Challenge, a humanitarian movement that leverages "social impact music" to bridge the gap between personal healing and community service. By turning fans into Initiators, Watson provides a three-step blueprint for local healing: participants form service groups, partner with a local charity, and document their impact via video at LiveBeyondYou.org. This process officially nominates their chosen charity for a grant of up to $5,000.
Funding for these grants is driven directly by Watson’s "Impact Experiences," merchandise, music sales, and the LBY Community—a subscription-based ecosystem for philanthropists and activists. Members enjoy exclusive access to music, documentaries, merch, educational content, and private strategy sessions, all while fueling a global mission.
Currently, Watson has launched an ambitious "90-Day Million-Dollar Mission" to establish a 3.5-acre Impact Center in Indianapolis. By revitalizing an abandoned local landmark, Watson and a coalition of key partners are creating a permanent hub for social entrepreneurship, vocational training, and charter education.
